Norvestor invests in Globeteam.

Globeteam, a Copenhagen, Denmark based company providing consulting services, announced getting into an investment agreement for adding Norvestor as shareholders in the company.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Norvestor will acquire a 55% stake in Globeteam and existing investors Kirk Kapital, Claus Moldow and Morten Strunge Nielsen will re-invest alongside Norvestor.

Globeteam, founded in 2001 and led by CEO Claus Moldow, has a unique consultant-based business model and is a top specialised IT consultancy service provider offering high-end services to both private and public customers within business consulting, infrastructure, development, and cyber and information security.

Globeteam initially sold 34% of the company to Kirk Kapital in 2018.
