Norwegian PE house FSN buys from Nordstjernan 88% of Swedish retail chain Bygghemma.

Nordstjernan bought 88% of Bygghemma in 2014, when the company had sales of SEK 1.3 billion. Since then, sales have increased to about 2.3 billion.

Nordstjernan had been looking for an exit for a while, either by listing the company or by selling to a new private investor. The price of the deal remains undisclosed.
