Not so dark completes a €20 million capital raise in a round led by Kharis Capital
Not so dark, a Paris, France-based operator of a dark kitchen business for DTC food delivery, announced that it completed a €20 million ($24M) capital raise.
The money was raised from investors from France led by Kharis Capital. Oscar Salazar, who co-founded Uber is also one of the investors and will join the board of directors.
Not so dark, founded in 2020 by Clément Benoit and Alexandre Haggai, created a food delivery white label solution that involves coming up with exclusively online brands for DTC food delivery. The company already launched 7 virtual brands (i.e. Como Kitchen, Gaïa or JFK ) through nine kitchens located in Paris, throughout France and in Barcelona.
Within the next 12 months, Not so dark plans opening business developemnt work with 30 new kitchens as well as 10 franchises.
