nyris gets funded by Inter IKEA

nyris, a Berlin, Germany-based startup providing visual intelligence technology, announced that it secured a strategic investment round from Inter IKEA, the holding company operating IKEA's operations.

The financial details were not disclosed. Through this investment nyris will reach new markets and verticals faster, increased visibility and to continue developing their highly performant visual search platform to set a new bar of customer-centric AI products. 

nyris, founded in 2015 by siblings Anna Lukasson-Herzig (CEO) and Markus Lukasson, built a visual search platform that is used as a software as a service.

Prior to this round, in 2018, nyris secured funding from eCapital, SEK Ventures and the Axel Springer Plug & Play Accelerator.
