Occident AB was acquired by Add Health Media

Occident AB, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing media content for the health industry, announced that it was acquired by the Swedish investor Add Health Media.

The financial details of the deal were not disclosed. With the acquisition, Add Health Media will also strategically expand its service portfolio and service towards existing customers. The transaction went through as of March 1 and, in addition to taking over staff, also entails the takeover of premises in central Stockholm and other parts of the business of Occident's digital production within communication and web.
