Oneflow closes a new round of 4.4M crowns in funding supported by employees and existing investors.

Oneflow, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing a SAAS platform for electronic contract management, closed a new capital investment into the company.

The round, which totals around $540k, is supported by own employees (which contributed with NOK 1M) and existing investors, Bengt Nilsson and Lars Appelstål.

The announcement comes shortly after Oneflow announced raising SEK 6M (740k) to support the increased growth of the company.

Oneflow was founded in 2013 by by CEO Anders Hamnes and developed a SaaS for digital deal management. The company's platform acts as an online workspace that manages the contract process from creating and negotiating to signing and archiving. The company is on a growth trajectory, as it recently signed off Telia as customer.
