Ontame, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company managing a recruitment marketing and analytics platform, was acquired by Talentech.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Ontame.io, founded by Jens Reimer Olesen and Morten Petersen, developed a platform for recruitment marketing and analytics, which is enabling recruiters to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-application by using artificial intelligence, making smarter recruitment marketing decisions and driving change. The platform collects, merges and analyzes data from career websites, social media and ATS, and applies predictive analytics to help recruiters attract talent.

Talentech (formerly HR Manager) was founded in 2019 by Verdane as it acquired and merged HR Manager, ReachMee, Talmundo, and Webcruiter, offering cloud-based recruitment, onboarding, and talent management software solutions.
