Opti in a SEK 200 million funding round backed by Carnegie.
Opti, a Stockholm, Sweden-based software developer for financial advisory services, announced raising a funding round of SEK 200M ($21.6M).
The money was raised from the local investment bank Carnegie. Post deal, the bank will control an equity stake of 16.7%.
Opti, founded in 2014 by Anders Wallace, Ann Grevelius, Gustav Broberg, Hannes Wikström and Jonas Hombert (CEO), developed a software solution for financial advisory used for savings in funds, independent from banks and fund companies.
Opti previously raised $5.1 million in 2020 from local angel investors from Sweden, including Evolution Gaming's founder Fredrik Österberg and Apotea's ditto Pär Svärdson and $5.3 million in 2019.
