Ordrestyring.dk gets acquired by Adelis Capital
Ordrestyring.dk, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company managing a mobile and web-based case management program for craftsmen and contractors, announced getting into an agreement for selling the company to the private equity company Adelis Capital.
The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed. Founder Carsten Rasmussen, who prior to the deal was owning 48% of the company, re-invests in order to retain a minority ownership stake, while CEO Tommy Hahn Sørensen also becomes co-owner in connection with the sale.
Ordrestyring.dk developed a platform that automates and streamlines the entire administrative business process of companies, giving them a better overview and saving administrative and manual work. The company employs 25 employees and has 12,500 users in more than 1500 companies.
Ordrestyring.dk reported gross profits of DKK 13.7M ($2.2M) and profits of DKK 619k in the fiscal year 2017/18.
