Oris Dental, a Trondheim, Norway-based dental provider on a national level, announced getting into an agreement for selling a major share package to the UK-buyout house Bridgepoint Development Capital.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Oris Dental, founded in 2016 and led by CEO Lars Melkvik, is a leading dental care provider with 25 dental clinics and 4 dental laboratories across Norway.
