Outnorth merges its operations with Tindeberg.

Outnorth, a Stockholm, Sweden-based ecommerce company retailer of outdoor products, announced that it merged its operations with local competitor from Sweden, Tinderberg, also an online seller of a wide range of outdoor products from well-known brands.

The financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The announcement follows the December 2018 one, whereas Outnorth merged its operations with its Norwegian competitor, Fjellsport.

Outnorth, founded in 2005, is owned by the Danish media group Egmont, which acquired the majority package of shares from Verdane in 2018. In 2018, Outnorth had SEK 530 million ($54M) in sales.
