Oversonic Robotics raised €4.5 million from Fintel.

Oversonic Robotics S.r.l., a Milan (Besana Brianza), Italy-based manufacturer of cognitive humanoid robotics, announced that it secured a capital funding round.

The money was raised from investors including local family office (Bulgarelli) from Italy, Fintel, at a €14 million ($16.5M) post money valuation. After the transaction, Fintel will control of 33% of the company, while Claudio and Rossana Bulgarelli join the Board of Directors. Fabio Puglia and Paolo Denti, reference shareholders, respectively hold the offices of Chairman and CEO.

Oversonic Robotics was founded in 2020 in Brianza by Fabio Puglia and Paolo Denti.
