OwnersRoom collects NOK 5M for a SAAS for the private investment market.

OwnersRoom, an Oslo, Norway-based startup working on a software platform aimed to help companies raise money from the private investment market, secured NOK 5M ($640k).

The funding round was closed at the end of 2017 and the money comes from a group of 27 local investors, including Yngve Tvedt, Anders Kvåle and Grethe Viksaas.

OwnersRoom, founded in 2017 by Ivar Kroghrud, Haavard Nord and Ståle Løvbukten, and led by CEO Alexander Storkaas, developed a solution that aims to help companies streamline their fundraising process. The company sells access to its platform on a subscription basis in the range of NOK 25k ($3k).
