Paack raised €200 million in a Series D funding round led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2.

Paack, a Barcelona, Spain-based developer of logistics tech for ecommerce deliveries, announced closing series D at €200 million ($227M).

The money was raised from investors led by Softbank and joined by Infravia Capital Partners, First Bridge Ventures, and Endeavor Catalyst, as well as by existing shareholders Unbound, Kibo Ventures, Big Sur Ventures, RPS Ventures, Fuse Partners, Rider Global, Castel Capital, and Iñaki Berenguer.

Paack, founded in 2015 by Fernando Benito (CEO), Xavier Rosales and Suraj Shirvankar, develops SAAS for e-commerce delivery. The company has customers active in 60 cities and works with large companies such as Amazon, Inditex, Decathlon or MediaMarkt, and made sales of 50 million euros for 2020.

Paack previously raised more than $80 million, including from Spanish investors Kibo Ventures, Big Sur Ventures, Bonsai and Bankinter. It closed $53 million series C at the end of 2020.
