Paack secures $53 million in series C round backed by Bregal Milestone and existing investors Unbound, RPS Ventures, Rider Global and Fuse Ventures.
Paack, a Barcelona, Spain-based developer of logistics tech for ecommerce deliveries, announced securing a series C capital investment round of $53 million.
The money was raised from investors led by Bregal Milestone and including contributions from existing shareholders Unbound, RPS Ventures, Rider Global and Fuse Ventures.
Proceeds will be used for internationalization as well as for hiring more people.
Paack, founded in 2015 by Fernando Benito (CEO), Xavier Rosales and Suraj Shirvankar, develops SAAS for e-commerce delivery. The company has customers active in 60 cities and works with large companies such as Amazon, Inditex, Decathlon or MediaMarkt, expecting to bring in sales of 50 million euros for 2020.
Paack previously raised almost $30 million, including from Spanish investors Kibo Ventures, Big Sur Ventures, Bonsai and Bankinter.
