Pangea Aerospace secured EUR 1 million in a crowdfunding round via The Crowd ANgel.

Pangea Aerospace, a Barcelona, Spain-based manufacturer of micro launcher technology and small rockets, announced closing in a EUR 995k ($1.1M) funding round.

The money was provided via convertible loans from 182 investors in crowdfunding equity campaign over at The Crowd Angel.

At the same time, the company announced setting up an advisoy board made of the former president of the ESA (European Space Agency), Jean-Jacques Dordain, Yannick D'Escatha, former director of the French space agency, the Catalan Joan de Dalmau, president of the ISU (International Space University) and Armando Tempesta of Thales Alenia.

Pangea Aerospace, founded in 2018 and led by CEO Adrià Argemí, is working for the development of ​​the next generation of micro launcher technology, small rockets, based on reuse and efficiency with the development of a new rocket engine and a completely new landing system.
