Peakon secures $22M in Series B funding in a round led by Balderton Capital.

Peakon, a Copenhagen, Denmark and London, UK-based company providing software as a service solutions for people analytics & employee engagement announced the completion of a $22M Series B investment funding round.

The round was led by Balderton Capital and included existing investors EQT Ventures, IDInvest and Sunstone. Balderton's Managing Partner, Bernard Liautaud, will be joining the company's board of directors.

Peakon was founded in 2014 by Phil Chambers, Christian Holm, Dan Rogers and Kasper Hulthin and developed a platform for competitive intelligence within organisations, which allows continuous feedback and the ability to make better, data-driven, people decisions. The company works on a SAAS model with clients including Capgemini, BMW, and Egmont.

Peakon has grown and raised venture money very fast, as since its official launching in 2016 it raised €4M (2016) and €6.1M (2017).
