Pej raises SEK 2.6M for its proximity app allowing ordering and paying in a restaurant.

Pej, a Malmö, Sweden-based mobile payment app provider, raised a SEK 2.6M ($290k) investment round from a range of local Investors including Joachim Samuelsson, Paul Cronholm and Anders Blomqvist.

Pej, founded in 2016 and led by Victor Sandberg, is an app that provides automatic payment service within a restaurant or a shop. The app uses the proximity service offered by Crunchfish and was developed by the same company, Luckan, that is behind Locals, a shop aggregator that offers home delivery.
