Peytz & Co acquired Loft37

Peytz & Co, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based digital ad agency announced that it acquired the branding and design agency Loft37, also based in Copenhagen.

The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Peytz & Co, led by CEO Christian Peytz, has previously acquired Goos, MOC, CreateInside and Eye4web.

Loft37 and Peytz have previously worked together on projects with Fitness World and the Danish Business Authority.

Loft37, founded in 2007 by CEO Rasmus Michelsen, combines design, UX, strategy and business understanding to develop digital solutions that works. Customers includes Novo Nordisk, 3shape and EDC.
