PillSorted, a London, UK-based startup building an B2B SAAS pharma operation providing personalised pharmacy services, announced closing a seed round at $6 million.

The money was raised from investors from USA and the UK including Pear VC, Hoxton Ventures, Edison Partners and the founders of DoorDash.

PillSorted, founded in 2019 by Zeinab Ardeshir and Mohammad Mohaghegh, developed a technology platform for pharmacists that allows them to turn every conversation into a valuable consultation or offer a GP referral where needed. By tapping into NHS integrations such as NHS Spine, PillSorted’s systematic feedback loop which goes from pharmacies back to GPs, has huge potential to offer a better standard of care while improving efficiency levels for healthcare professionals. For patients, PillSorted offers a personalised approach to the pharmacy experience, giving them digital consultations with a regular pharmacist whenever needed. Medication delivery is also being managed by PillSorted’s own delivery fleet.
