Ping Pong AB was acquired by the Dutch company Total Specific Solutions.

Ping Pong AB, a Stockholm, Sweden-based developer of Learning Management Systems, announced that it entered into a business agreement for being acquired by Total Specific Solutions (TSS), a Dutch provider of IT business solutions.

The financial details of the transaction remained undisclosed.

Ping Pong AB, founded in 2002 and led by CEO Sofia Högman, offers digital education solutions for schools, higher education, enterprises and public organizations. Ping Pong currently has over 2.5 million accounts in Sweden and approximately 300,000 monthly users of their digital tools.

The company was owned by Alfvén & Didrikson, (80%), and by local angel investor Hellen Wohlin Lidgard, through Ceres since 2017.
