Pisano to get a $2.5 million investment round, led by Elevator Ventures (EV)

Pisano, a London, UK-based SAAS for customer experience developer, announced that it has raised $2.5 million in a capital raise round.

The round was led by CEE fintech investor Elevator Ventures (EV), which is the venture capital arm of Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI). The investment money is part of a larger partnership deal and will be used for growth and to deepen its presence in the Central and Eastern Europe Market.

Pisano, founded in 2016 by CEO Ozkan Demir, is a SAAS developer of a a customer engagement platform designed to provide customer feedback. The tool tracks customer satisfaction metrics, gathers customer feedback and allows users to respond to their clients immediately.
