Pixondu adds capital investment from Spectria

Pixondu, a Jönköping, Sweden-based company operating an educational marketplace selling online courses, announced that it added capital investment in the company.

The money was provided by Spectria Invest, which becomes an investor in the company 12.5%.

Pixondu AB, founded in February 2007 by CEO Mattias Karlsson Sjöberg as a blog and a side project, built and operates Moderskeppet, an online-based education platform for creative subjects, such as photography, image processing, video and design. Moderskeppet has over 400 video courses, 15,000 paying members, and adds about 50 new courses a year.
