Polaris is to sell ProData Consult to Axcel

ProData Consult, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based independent consultancy focused on business and IT consultants, was acquired by Axcel, the Danish private investment company.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The deal was made with existing owners from Polaris, which bought the company in 2018.

ProData Consult, founded in 1994 and led by CEO Søren Rode, provides high-end business and IT consultants to its clients and has  a  large  network  of competent and experienced IT specialists.
