Presserv acquired Cortec Global Services

Presserv, a Stavanger, Norway-based company providing preservation and corrosion protection services within the oil, gas and shipping industry, announced the completion of the acquisition of Cortec Global Services (“CGS”).

Presserv's deal rationale is to strengthen its position towards international key customers and to gain complementary expertise within asset integrity management.
