Promo republic announced completing a funding round of $1.5 million.
Promo Republic, an Ukrainian/Finnish provider of social marketing services, announced that secured funding of $1.5 million.
The money was raised from Innovestor Ventures, Genesis Investments, several angel investors and Business Finland. The firm will use the funds to move into the emerging market of distributed marketing software, where selling and marketing is carried out to and through independent representatives, field sales forces, agents and franchisees.
PromoRepublic, founded in 2013 by three Ukrainians led by CEO Max Pecherskyi developed a software solution aimed at social media marketing people administering multi-location brand campaigns, helping them maintain a consistent identity and message across their franchises.
Promo Republic previously raised about $4 million.
