PS of Sweden takes SEK 50 million in capital and eEquity as new shareholders in the company.
PS of Sweden, a Nyköping, Sweden-based retail business covering the equestrian sports, announced the completion of a SEK 50M ($5.8M) capital investment raise.
The funding was provided by the Swedish investor eEquity and will be used to increase the company's growth rate.
PS of Sweden, founded in 2012 by CEO Karin Bjärle, manufactures products for the equuestrian sports which they sell via a retail chain active in 7 countries as well as online DTC. Träns was the company's first product and PS of Sweden's product range also includes reins, headbands, jackets, and riding breeches. Everything is developed from the ground up by Karin Bjärle herself and the company controls the entire chain from the drawing board to the consumer.
The company has a turnover of SEK 75 million ($9M) and, prior to this round, PS of Sweden didn't raise money from professional investors.
