QphoX raised €2 million in a round led by Quantonation, Speedinvest and High-Tech Gründerfonds.
QphoX, a Delft, Netherlands-based developer of quantum tech, announced that it raised €2 million ($2.4M).
The money was raised from investors led by Quantonation, Speedinvest and High-Tech Gründerfonds. TU Delft (Delft University) also contributed via Delft Enterprises.
QphoX, founded in 2021 by Simon Groeblacher, Frederick Hijazi, and Robert Stockill, and incubated at Quantum Delta NL of Delft University, developed a breakthrough device, the quantum modem, which allows quantum computers to talk to one another, a first step in unlocking what they call the quantum internet.
