Quartr in a SEK 43 million investment deal backed by Öhmangruppen.
Quartr, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based startup building a mobile app for investor conference calls, announced raising a SEK 43 million ($5M) capital investment round.
The money was raised from Öhmangruppen, joined by Spotify veteran Peter Sterky and the American investment profile Michael Batnick.
Quartr, founded in 2020 by CEO Sami Osman, Oliver Hamrin, Oscar Küntzel, August Nordström and David Dag, developed a service for listed companies providing them with a space for uploading relevant information for investors. The service is available via a mobile app and is in use by 4,000 companies in 15 markets.
Quartr previously raised $1.6 million from angel investors from Sweden and the USA earlier in 2021.
