Recover Nordic, an Oslo, Norway-headquartered provider of damage control, emergency response and environmental services, announced the acquisition of JK Kloakservice (JKK), based in Mørkøv, Denmark.

The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed. JK Kloakservice will continue as an independent subsidiary.

JKK, founded in 1988 by Johnny Petersen, is an industrial cleaning specialist, focused both on the consumer and business market. The company employs 30 people and provides coverage for the entire Denmark from its Zealand base.

The company will work closely with Recover Nordic’s existing damage control and environmental services business in Denmark, expanding the environmental services footprint of the group which was established earlier this year through the acquisition of Sydslam.

Recover Nordic is a leading Nordic provider of damage control, emergency response and environmental services. The JKK acquisition brings the total number of add-on acquisitions to fifteen since Agilitas’ buyout of Recover Nordic in 2013.

Following recent acquisitions, Recover Nordic group revenues are now in excess of NOK2.4 billion, and the combined group employs more than 1,700 employees across over 80 locations in the Nordics.
