Reforestum to get €750k in angel investment.

Reforestum, a Spanish startp aiming to develop solutions for providing trust and transparency to forest-carbon offsets, announced that it raised €750k ($900k) in capital funding.

The money was raised from 13 angel investors across France, the UK and Spain including Florian Bressand, Jean-Marc Armitano and Guillaume Houze.

The proceeds will enable Reforestum to grow their remote team and develop their interactive reforestation platform to address customer demand.

Reforestum, founded in 2017 by CEO Diego Sanz Prieto, developed a platform that services both individuals and businesses, with a special attention for the B2B side of the business after being recognised as a key growth area.  The platform provides monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) tools to enable companies to follow the projects they fund in near-real time.
