Reima, the Finnish kids fashion retailer, acquires The Finnish Baby Box.

Reima, the Finland's based fashion kids retailer, announced it acquired The Finnish Baby Box for an undisclosed amount.

The transaction is aimed to internationally expand the children's clothing brand Reima, by accelerating the innovation of the Finnish maternity package.

The Finnish Baby Box, founded in 2014, provides baby boxes directly to consumers via an online platform.

Reima was founded in 1944 and recorded almost 75M euro in revenues for the year 2015.
