ResQ Club raised more money in a round including existing investor Loudspring.
ResQ Club, a Helsinki, Finland-based company solution for food waste, announced raising more capital investment. The funding was supported by investors including Loudspring, which will raise its position from 15.6% to 17.8%.
At the same time, the company also announced upgrading its leadership: Sauli Bohm, who has acted as Marketing and Business Director, is appointed as his new CEO. Former CEO Oula Antere continues as an analyst at the company.
ResQ, founded in 2016 and led by CEO Sauli Bohm, helps restaurants, cafes and grocery stores to sell surplus food, food and raw materials to users in the area with a 40-70% discount. The company has over 120,000 registered users from Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands and is active in 20 Finnish cities.
