Roister Marketing was acquired by Adelis.

Roister Marketing, a Helsinki, finland-based digital marketing agency, announced that it was acquired by the private equity firm Adelis.

The financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Adelis acquired 100% of the shares in Roister Marketing and its subsidiaries. Roister will continue as an independent company as part of a Nordic marketing group with 300 employees.

Roister, founded in 1995 in Lappeenranta and led by Janne Mäenpää, launched its new strategy and service model in 2015, based on the digitalisation of customer companies' marketing, sales and service processes and transparent monitoring of results.

The company had net sales of EUR 6.2 million in 2018. With its subsidiaries, Roister employs about 50 experts in Lappeenranta, Helsinki and Joensuu. The operating profit forecast for 2019 is EUR 1.1–1.2 million.
