Ropo Capital was acquired by Adelis Equity

Ropo Capital, a Kuopio, Finland based company providing an invoicing lifecycle service, announced getting into an investment agreement with Adelis Equity Partners.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, involves that Adelis, through its Adelis Equity Partners Fund II, acquires a majority ownership in RopoHold Oyj, from funds managed by Sentica, KPY Sijoitus and other current shareholders.

Ropo Capital’s management remains as minority shareholders and continue in their current positions.

Ropo Capital, founded in 2008 and led by CEO Artti Aurasmaa, developed a platform that covers the full value chain of invoicing lifecycle management services, from invoicing and sales ledger management to receivables financing and debt collection. The company’s proprietary Ropo 24 software has been developed to automate and unify the invoicing and receivables management processes, minimise manual operations and improve invoicing reporting.
