Royal Design takes in 20 million kronor in capital investment.

Royal Designs largest shareholder, venture capital firm Verdane, subscribed for the entire issue, and now controls 33.5 percent of the shares in the company. The founders Hans Bengtsson and Andreas Ekberg together own less than 40 percent, and the venture capital company Eequity has 27.5 percent of the shares.
