Runtech Systems from Finland gets acquired by American Gardner Denver.
Runtech Systems Oy, a Kolho, Finland-based company manufacturer of turbo vacuum technology systems, announced signing an agreement to be acquired by the American company Gardner Denver Holdings.
The financial details of the deal remain undisclosed, and Runtech will be part of Gardner Denver’s Industrials Segment.
Gardner Denver Holdings, is a public company, global provider of mission-critical flow control and compression equipment and associated aftermarket parts, consumables and services, which it sells across multiple attractive end-markets within the industrial, energy and medical industries.
Runtech Systems Oy, led by CEO Jukka Lehto, has its roots in 1989, when Ecopump Oy started paper machine optimization services. In 1997, Runtech Systems Oy was established and later on in 2008 Ecopump Oy was merged to Runtech Systems. Selotek Oy was acquired in 2011. Today, Runtech is a leading global manufacturer of turbo vacuum technology systems and optimization solutions for use in a variety of process-oriented industrial end markets.
