Rush Trampolinepark was acquired by Equip Capital

Rush Trampolinepark, an Oslo, Norway-based chain of entertainment parks, announced that it was acquired by the private equity form from Norway, Equip Capital.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made for a controlling equity package of 55%. The founders of Rush Trampolinepark, Petter Haagaas and Otto Vinje, will continue in their current roles in Parc Invest, in addition to remaining significant shareholders in the company.

Rush Trampolinepark, operated by Parc Invest AS by CEO Petter Haagaas, was launched in Oslo in 2016 and operates entertainment operations in 5 other cities from Norway - Hamar, Drammen, Trondheim, Stavanger and Bergen. The company will open two additional parks in Hamar and Haugesund during the next 12 months. A majority of visitors are between 6-14 years old and the parks are popular venues for birthday parties and other social events.
