Säkra acquires operations in TK Insurance Services AB

Säkra, a Stockholm, Sweden-based provider of insurance brokerage and financial advisory for the consumer and business market, announced that it acquired the operations of TK Insurance Services AB, a Stockholm-based insurance broker in the Marine Cargo and Carriers Liability sectors.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Säkra, founded in 1985 and led by CEO Jonas Stenmark, offers qualified insurance brokerage and financial advice for both private individuals and companies. The company currently has more than 60 offices around Sweden.

TK Insurance Services AB, founded in 1999 and led by Thomas Kjellman, operates a brokerage business within maritime and transport insurance.
