Sax Lift A/S was acquired by VækstPartner

Sax Lift A/S, a Vejen, Denmark-based manufacturer pf mobile tables, announced getting into an investment agreement for being acquired by VækstPartner Kapital.

The agreement, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made with the actual owner, Jan Knygle, who had bought Sax Lift in 2015.

Post deal, Jan Knygle will remain with 20%, VækstPartner will control the major equity package, and existing CEO Jes Linnet, also part of the transaction, becomes a minority shareholder in the company.
