Schibsted sells Hitta.se to Sprints capital, Stefan Tocca and Alexander Hannerland.

Hitta.se, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company managing a local directory portal, was sold by Schibsted Media Group.

The 90.2% the media group was owning were taken over by Hitta.se management, namely Stefan Tocca and Alexander Hannerland (CEO), and by investment firm Sprints Capital, owned and managed by Pierre Siri and Henrik Persson.

Schibsted acquired hitta.se in 2005.

The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed.

Hitta.se was founded in 2004 and has around 140 employees. In 2016, the company's revenues amounted to SEK 257M ($31.5M) with a profit before depreciation (EBITDA) of SEK 66M.
