Schüttflix secured €8 million from German investors led by Speedinvest,

Schüttflix, a Gütersloh (Bielefled), Germany-based company operating a digital marketplace for the construction industry, announced completing a €8 million ($8.7M) investment round.

The funding was provided by investors led by Speedinvest, with support from the startup’s own founders.

The money will be used to scale the business across Germany and expand internationally in 2021.

Schüttflix, founded in 2018 by Christian Hülsewig and Thomas Hagedorn, developed a B2B marketplace platform for ordering and delivery of bulk goods, and construction materials such as sand and gravel. The platform also connects material producers and freight forwarders with customers from different construction sectors, such as building, civil engineering, and landscaping. Schüttflix claims it has €500k in sales per month from serving three regions of Germany.
