Scrive closes 2016's round with a new investor - Wellstreet.

Scrive, the Sweden-based SAAS of documents e-signing, closed its 2016 financing round by adding a new investor - Wellstreet.

The financing round was initiated in the summer of 2016, when the company raised SEK 7M, part of a SEK 10M ($1.13M) bridge investment. That round was closed at the end of 2016 by Wellstreet and was made at a SEK 70M valuation. ($7.9M)

Wellstreet was founded in 2016 and is one of the most active private investors in the Nordics.

Scrive, founded in 2010 and led by CEO Lukas Duczko, provides a cloud service for e-signing of documents. Prior to this SEK 10M round, the company had raised SEK 27M ($3.2M) in the spring of 2016 in a round including Martin Wattin and Svante Elfving.
