Selego to get $3.2 million in funding from eEquity.

Selego, a Stockholm, Sweden-based manufacturer of Verso Skincare, an anti-aging skincare brand, announced the completion of a SEK 30 million ($3.2M) in capital investment.

The funding was provided by the Swedish investment company eEquity.

Selego, founded in 2013 by CEO Lars Fredriksson, has developed Verso Skincare, a niche anti-aging skincare brand. The 22 product portofolio is based on a patented Vitamin A derivative and safer and more effective than standard retinol, and is sold through 200 retails shops, as well as online, DTC or via 50 resellers.

In 2019, the company's turnover was roughly SEK 50 million ($5M).
