Sentica acquired Hammas Hohde.

Hammas Hohde, a Helsinki, Finland-based dental care provider, announced that it entered into an investment agreement with the Finnish private equity investor Sentica for becoming a major oqner in the company.

The transaction, which has the specifics undisclosed, involves that funds managed by Sentica become Hammas Hohde’s majority owner to support the company in its accelerating growth.

Hammas Hohde’s founder, oral and maxillofacial surgeon Mr. Ville Pesonen, and other key individuals remain as significant owners. At the same time, Hammas Hohde’s previous sponsor, Nordia Management, sells its ownership in the company.

Hammas Hohde Oy is a private full-service dentist company providing quality general and special dental care and dental laboratory services. Tooth Hohe has offices in five cities in Finland, and the company employs more than 60 oral health professionals.
