ServicePOS secured capital investment from Danish angel Torben Frigaard.

ServicePOS, an Odense, Denmark-based company working on a software as a service solution for retails stores, announced that it raised an undisclosed amount of capital.

The money was provided by Danish angel investor Torben Frigaard Rasmussen, who will own 16% of the company following the transaction.

ServicePOS, founded in 2014 by Brian Jakobsen, Lasse Melbye and Rasmus Melbye, launched in 2016 a cloud-based case management solution aimed for the retail stores. The solution provides an online system with POS, workshop, product management, CRM and integrations to Woocommerce and Mailchimp. The company, which has about 100 bicycle retailers as customers, expects an annual turnover of DKK 25M and more than 1,000 retail stores for 2019.

ServicePOS has previously also received capital from Innofounder and the Foundation for Entrepreneurship.
