Sharebox, an Oslo, Norway-based manufacturer of locker services that makes key transactions safe and convenient, raised more capital.
The funding is part equity from local investors, part debt from DNB and part grants from Innovasjon Norge.
Sharebox, founded in 2016 by Arne Eivind Andersen (CEO) and Leif Arne Dalane, is a tech solution provider aiming to simplify key sharing by offering a service completely managed by a mobile device.
The company provides access management for a variety of applications from short-term rentals to enterprise-level solutions for car rental, car workshops, property management, small hotels and logistics companies, enabling clients to ensure a safe and efficient handover whenever they need.
Prior to this round, Sharebox raised NOK 8.4M via an equity crowdfunding campaign.
