Shipyard Games raises $2.9M in seed money

Shipyard Games, a Helsinki, Finland mobile gaming startup, announced raising $2.9m in seed money. Backers include the Finnish gaming developer Supercell, which had worked with the team founding the company prior to this investment.

Shipyard Games has been founded at the beginning of 2017 by a veteran gaming team led by CEO Andreas Wedenberg, They are working at launching their first title, which is a location-based mobile game.
