SignUp Software sells a minority equity part to Standout Capital.

SignUp Software, a Sundbyberg, Sweden-based software developer of an Accounts Payable solution, announced getting into an investment agreeement with the local Swedish investor Standout Capital.

Following the deal, Standout Capital will become a minority shareholder in SignUp Software, partnering with the founders who remain majority owners. Erik Wästlund of Standout Capital will join the board of SignUp Software.

SignUp Software, founded in 1999 by Göran Garvner and Henrik Garvner (CEO), developed a product called ExFlow, an Accounts Payable Automation solution integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. The tool is in use by 1 000 customers globally and supported by 75 employees based in Sweden, Denmark and Australia.
