Siilo secured €4.5 million from EQT Ventures

Siilo, a Amsterdam, the Netherlands-based medtech software developer, announced securing a €4.5 million capital investment round.

The money round was led by EQT Ventures and included contributions from existing investors. The funding will be used to scale­ up its user base across Europe, with a particular focus on the UK and Germany.

Siilo, founded in 2016 by Joost Bruggeman (CEO) and Arvind Rao (CFO), develped an instant messaging application designed to share patients' data to smoothen clinical collaboration. The company works with customers including European hospitals such as St. George’s Hospital, London, and Charité Berlin, Germany,
